Positions
Standing unsupported, sitting & kneeling, right shoulder and left shoulder.

Ready Position
When the first  position is standing the firearm may be loaded and cocked but if the first position is sitting or kneeling then the firearm may be loaded but must not have a round in the chamber.

Scoring
Where any competitor achieves the highest possible score, his targets must be removed from the backing boards, labelled and passed to Stats.

Notes
When changing positions or shoulder the chamber of the rile must be empty and open and the trigger finger must be outside the trigger guard.. When starting in the kneeling or sitting position you must not have a round in the chamber.

If you drop a round or magazine you must not pick it up.

Breaches of these rules may result in disqualification from the match.

Ties
Tie breaking rules shall be applied in the order listed below:
  1. By the greatest number of Xs in the event.
  2. By the scores at each distance, commencing with the longest distance.
  3. By the X count at each distance, commencing with the longest distance.
  4. In the event of a maximum score and equal X counts at all distances, by outward gauging.
Procedural penalties – event specific
When changing position in practice 4 - the firearm must be empty. Failure to do may result in disqualification from the match.
